Skills

Expert knowledge in database design and optimization (SQL/NoSQL)

Experience working with message brokers (RabbitMQ, etc.)

Understanding of application architecture principles

Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)

Designing and integrating distributed systems

Mentoring and training less experienced colleagues

Conversational English proficiency (B1+)
