Job summary

FIS in Warsaw is seeking a Transformation Analyst Sr Lead (Connectivity Manager) to design and deliver secure, scalable network connectivity supporting enterprise cloud transformation across AWS and Azure. You will advise Transition Managers and ensure seamless connectivity between private and public clouds.

As team lead, you will govern the connectivity function, drive performance, and lead automation via Terraform, Bitbucket, scripting and AI-driven approaches, while coordinating with security

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in network connectivity and security in hybrid cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA, Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs and load balancers.
• Proven experience with Web Application Firewall (WAF) technologies and analytics.
• Solid cybersecurity background including SSL certificates and PKI.
• Experience using Terraform and Bitbucket for cloud infrastructure and config management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with log analysis (QRadar) and DNS/firewall rule diagnostics.
• Scripting knowledge in PowerShell and Python.
• Automation-first mindset with interest in AI-driven solutions.
• Leadership capabilities with team management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect secure, scalable connectivity solutions for enterprise cloud transformation (AWS and Azure).
• Lead required troubleshooting activities including log analysis and connectivity testing.
• Coordinate with network, security, and external partners to ensure timely issue resolution and successful migrations.
• Provide governance and oversight for connectivity management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement cloud configuration changes using Terraform and Bitbucket; drive automation.
