Job summary

Carlsberg Group is seeking a Network Design Intern to join the SPND team in Poznań, Poland. You will support the analysis of end-to-end supply chain networks, identify opportunities to reduce costs, and help prepare data-driven insights for decision-making.

The internship runs for six months in a hybrid setup, with English as the main internal language and opportunities to gain hands-on experience in analytics and network design within a global context.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or other related quantitative field.
• Very good Excel skills and comfort with big data sets.
• Knowledge of data visualisation tools, SQL and Python.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and interest in solving data-related problems.
• Curious and eager to learn about supply chain analytics and network design.
• Effective English communication in an international environment.
• Available for at least 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis of end-to-end supply chain networks including breweries, warehouses, depots and customer locations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce total delivered costs, improve service levels and optimise asset utilisation.
• Assist in data handling, modelling outputs and visualisations for business discussions.
• Maintain data quality and contribute to improvements in analytical methods and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across functions and locations on network design projects.
