Job summary

Catch Resource Management Ltd. is seeking an experienced NetSuite Engineer to support the ongoing development, optimisation, and automation of their ERP platform.

You will be the internal NetSuite expert, driving improvements in workflows, reporting, and data quality while maintaining robust financial controls across the system. This role is hybrid, with two days per week in Poland, and requires hands-on problem solving, system optimisation, and a practical approach to enabling the finance

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite configuration and customization experience.
• Strong finance process knowledge across R2R, O2C, P2P.
• Experience with ERP integrations and reporting/data analytics.
• Bilingual proficiency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day NetSuite support for invoicing, journal entries, and period-end postings.
• Configure and optimise NetSuite setups, workflows, and customisations.
• Support reporting, data extraction, and analytics for Finance and Management.
• Assist with ERP implementations, enhancements, and integrations while maintaining controls.
• Act as internal NetSuite SME, driving automation and system stability.

Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive NetSuite Engineer to support the ongoing development, optimisation, and automation of their ERP platform.

This is a critical role in strengthening the finance function, ensuring systems, processes, and controls evolve in line with business needs. You will act as the internal NetSuite expert, driving improvements in workflows, enhancing reporting, and maintaining data quality and supporting robust financial controls across the platform.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite, including configuration, customisation, roles & permissions, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and workflows
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and general ledger operations
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations, or system enhancements
• Knowledge of financial modules such as Fixed Assets, Projects, or similar
• Experience with integrations via REST, CSV, SOAP, ODBC, or middleware
• Strong reporting and data skills, including SQL and building dashboards or datasets
• Ability to analyse system changes and maintain accurate financial processes and controls
• Must be fluent in both Polish and English

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide day‑to‑day support for finance teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in core processes (invoicing, journal entries, period‑end postings)
• Configure, maintain, and optimise NetSuite financial setups, workflows, and customisations
• Support reporting, data extraction, and analytics for Finance and Management needs
• Assist with ERP implementations, system enhancements, and integrations while maintaining compliance with internal controls
• Act as the internal NetSuite subject‑matter expert, driving automation, process improvements, and system stability

Location:

Hybrid (2 days a week in Poland)
