Job summary

Workai is seeking a NET Developer to actively support the Support & Service Team. The role involves maintaining and evolving the WORKAI platform using .NET/.NET Core, while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and deployment to client environments.

You will work with Scrum, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices, with afternoon/evening hours as needed. Collaboration with multiple departments ensures timely delivery and high quality service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial experience building scalable web applications.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API 2, Transact-SQL, Entity Framework, REST, and OData.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL).
• Experience developing SaaS applications and applying best design patterns.
• Willingness to perform duties in the afternoon and evening hours as needed.
• Proficiency in English (B2) and Polish language for team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Customer support handling platform maintenance requests from end users.
• Analyzing issues, communicating with clients, delivering changes and solutions.
• Developing and maintaining WORKAI platform applications using .NET and .NET Core.
• Participating in release processes and deploying to client environments during non-standard hours.
• Designing scalable cloud-based applications.
• Collaborating with First Line Support, Product, and QA to fulfill tasks.
• Performing basic testing and verification of delivered solutions.
