A technology solutions firm in Poland is looking for experienced .NET Developers to join a greenfield transformation project in the corporate banking sector. The role involves building scalable backend features, integrating with enterprise systems, and contributing to testing and optimisation. Candidates should have 5+ years of .NET experience and be fluent in Polish with a B2 level in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in .NET development.
• Strong skills in .NET 6/8, REST, SOAP, SQL Server, Entity Framework.
• Experience with Kafka and distributed/microservices architecture.
• Understanding of enterprise system integration and APIs.
• Polish fluency; English at B2 working level.

We are looking for experienced .NET Developers to join a greenfield transformation project in the corporate banking sector. The team is building a modern, high-performance system from scratch using .NET 6/8, Kafka, and microservices, integrating with multiple enterprise platforms and delivering long-term impact for thousands of users.

Responsibilities:

• Development: Build scalable backend features in .NET 6/8 and microservices-based architecture
• Integration: Implement and integrate REST/SOAP services and event-driven systems with Kafka
• Collaboration: Work closely with analysts, architects, and business stakeholders on requirements and design
• Quality: Contribute to testing, deployment, optimisation, and system performance

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in .NET development
• Strong skills in .NET 6/8, REST, SOAP, SQL Server, Entity Framework
• Experience with Kafka and distributed/microservices architecture
• Understanding of enterprise system integration and APIs
