Job summary

Sunreef Yachts is seeking an experienced NAV-COM and marine electrical systems designer to lead NAV-COM, IT and Domotic design for superyachts, coordinating with clients and suppliers, selecting components, and preparing BOMs and RFQs.

Requirements include higher technical education in automation or marine electrical systems, experience as an independent designer for NAV-COM, knowledge of navigation equipment, PLC/HMI control, AutoCAD, EPLAN and MS Office, and good English.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Marine Systems, or similar.
• Experience as an independent designer for marine NAV-COM and ship electrical systems.
• Knowledge of marine navigation and communication equipment and other ship electrical systems.
• Knowledge of PLC/HMI-based control systems.
• Experience in selecting components for NAV-COM and other ship electrical systems.
• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD, EPLAN, and MS Office.
• Good command of English.

• Preparing as-built documentation and user manuals.
