MyP&O Operations Analyst (f/m/x) in Mars Global Service, Warsaw. Hybrid working. Fully virtual recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot and resolve P&O inquiries via various channels regarding programs, policies, processes, and systems using internal resources like scripts, FAQs, policy manuals, and desktop procedures in WorkDay and ServiceNow.
  2. Coach users on how to use MyP&O systems and processes to promote self-service.
  3. Handle issues professionally, managing customer expectations and playing the role of Associate Advisor.
  4. Collect and validate data for transactions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR.
  5. Prioritize work to meet SLAs, CSAT, and FAR metrics; support team members as needed.
  6. Partner with managers and teams to escalate and resolve cases, providing updates and workarounds.
  7. Maintain knowledge of P&O programs, policies, processes, and systems.
  8. Build expertise across supported countries and document operational procedures.
  9. Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  10. Train and support new team members.
  11. Support reorganizations by collaborating with P&O Business Partners, managing expectations, and providing transactional support.

Qualifications:

  1. University degree or equivalent, preferably in HR, Communications, or Business.
  2. 1+ year HR experience, preferably in Shared Services or Call Center environment.
  3. Proficiency in HR systems like WorkDay & ServiceNow and delivering high-quality customer service.
  4. Ability to follow procedures and scripts accurately.
  5. Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries.
  7. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  8. Fluent English (C1 level).
