Qualifications

• Experience in a customer support focused approach.
• Knowledge of planning LANs and WANs.
• In-depth technical knowledge of distributed Information Systems.
• Experience in converting operational into IT requirements.
• ITIL Foundation certification is required.
• Prior experience in planning NATO exercises.
• Technical leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop scheduled exercises and events from a CIS perspective.
• Develop planning documents related to CIS support for events.
• Capture and coordinate Customer requirements.
• Represent CSU at planning meetings and conferences.
• Manage exercise applications portfolio and licensing.
• Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures.
