The role requires 4–6 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and advanced skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro, with Photoshop/Illustrator proficiency. English fluency is essential for collaboration with a world-wide team.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience in animation and motion design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality animation and motion work.
• Advanced After Effects and strong Premiere Pro skills; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of animation, timing, typography, composition and visual storytelling.
• Fluency in English is essential for working with a global team.
• Comfortable developing visual concepts and storyboards independently from a brief.
• Strong working knowledge of AI-assisted creative workflows and a willingness to experiment with new tools.
