Zexter in Dobrodzień, OP, PL is seeking a Multimedia Designer to join on-site. This Full-time role blends UI/UX, graphic, and motion design to create modern digital experiences for an international product.

You will design UI/UX for digital products, produce banners and promos, and craft animations for campaigns, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Development teams. A strong portfolio and 2+ years in design are required; iGaming experience is a plus.

Multimedia Designer — iGaming

We are looking for a talented Digital Designer who can combine UI/UX, graphic design, and motion design to create engaging and modern digital experiences.

Previous experience in iGaming, Betting, or Gambling will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design UI/UX for digital products, landing pages, and web/mobile interfaces.
• Create digital graphics, including banners, promotional materials, advertising creatives, and social media visuals.
• Develop animations and motion graphics for interfaces, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Create visual concepts and maintain a consistent design language across the product.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Digital, UI/UX, Graphic, or Motion Design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or other animation/motion design tools.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX and visual design principles.
• Strong sense of composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create both static and animated digital content.
• Good understanding of current digital design trends.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in iGaming / Betting / Gambling is a strong plus.
• A strong portfolio is required.
• Nice to Have Experience working with iGaming products, online casinos, or betting platforms.
• Experience creating advertising creatives for performance marketing.
• Knowledge of motion design, UI animation, and micro-interactions.
• Experience with 3D, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools.
• Understanding of design principles for web and mobile products.
• Experience creating designs for international markets.
