Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Research Analyst for World-Check in Gdynia. The role emphasizes language skills, journalistic approach, and critical thinking to support KYC compliance and risk mitigation.

The position is located in our Gdynia office and requires presence in the office at least 3 times a week. This is a fixed-term position with competitive compensation and a bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Uzbek/Russian.
• Critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to details.
• Organization skills.
• Very good use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research reputable media, government, regulatory and law enforcement sources to build and maintain relevant data in LSEG applications.
• Use open-source research methods to capture information in the public domain.
• Identify regulatory and financial risk such as money laundering, fraud, organized crime, narcotics trafficking, and corruption.
• Stay up to date with guidelines and regulations to ensure accuracy and high quality of delivered work.
• Collaborate with globally based teams on shared projects.
