Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Medical Information Specialist to handle multilingual medical information inquiries from Health Care Professionals and patients, contributing to patient safety and product quality across therapeutic areas such as Respiratory, Infectious Diseases, Immunology, HIV and Oncology.

You will join the largest safety department with ongoing training from in-house safety experts, and collaborate with lifecycle safety teams to advance your career while working from Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science is required.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in German (native/C2), English and one more additional language (min.C1).
• Willingness to learn new skills across Lifecycle Safety service lines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy maintaining consistently high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support to health care professionals and patients, involving receipt and tracking of medical inquiries, adverse events, product quality complaints, and other types of calls as required.
• Receive and document incoming telephone calls, faxes or emails from various sources including investigative sites during regular weekday business working hours.
• Establish and maintain effective team communications with local management on project metrics and challenges.
• Build a positive, collaborative team environment with other Lifecycle safety team members.
