Job summary

Meniga, a financial intelligence platform for banks, seeks an experienced infra engineer in Poland to lead multicloud initiatives, moving from Azure to AWS while ensuring reliability.

You’ll own CI/CD, IaC, and deployment automation, partnering with engineering to manage migrations and maintain production resilience. Role requires 5+ years in production infra, Kubernetes/Terraform/Helm expertise, and familiarity with AI tooling. Hybrid work; 20k–25k PLN + VAT.

Qualifications

• Real production experience running infrastructure at scale.
• Min. 5 years of experience, including 3+ years with public clouds.
• Experience across more than one cloud or leading a migration.
• Deep with Kubernetes, Helm and Terraform.
• Comfortable in regulated environments and security-focused banks.
• AI-native: familiarity with AI tooling in DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Drive multicloud strategy end-to-end for AWS and Azure.
• Own CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with engineering to guide cloud migrations with real client loads.
• Maintain reliability of production systems during infrastructure changes.
• Integrate AI tooling into the DevOps workflow.
• Push back on shortcuts that threaten reliability or security.
