Job summary

Optiveum is looking for an MS Power Platform Expert to join a global banking client project. You will own the service architecture, workflows and integrations behind the Self Service Portal ecosystem, delivering solutions in BMC Digital Workplace, Power Apps and Power Automate.

The role is hybrid with 3 days per week in the office, located in Warsaw (preferred) or Gdańsk. Fluent English, strong API experience and solid data governance skills are required to collaborate with stakeholders and

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Developer or in a similar role.
• Experience with BMC Helix, Digital Workplace or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience building services, workflows and automations with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proven experience designing, building and supporting API integrations.
• Strong SQL, database design and data modelling skills.
• Experience maintaining databases and owning data-related solutions.
• Understanding of data ownership, data governance and data quality.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end overview of service architecture, workflows and integrations supporting the Self Service Portal ecosystem
• Analyse business needs and turn them into practical solutions
• Design, develop and maintain services, workflows and automations in BMC Digital Workplace (DWP), Power Apps and Power Automate
• Design, build and maintain API integrations between these systems
• Create, maintain and support the databases used by the services, taking ownership of their data and ensuring data quality, governance and compliance standards are followed
• Create and maintain workflows, forms and service processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders, service owners and platform teams
• Support incident resolution, testing and continuous improvement

About the Offer

We are currently looking for an MS Power Platform Expert to join the team of our global client from the banking industry. For this role, Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party, which means you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.

You will own the service architecture, workflows and integrations behind the client's Self Service Portal ecosystem, building solutions in BMC Digital Workplace, Power Apps and Power Automate.

Key Details:

• Rate: up to 135 PLN/h

• Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office

• Location: Warsaw (preferred) or Gdańsk

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end overview of service architecture, workflows and integrations supporting the Self Service Portal ecosystem
