Job description

• Collaborate closely with Adoption and Change Managers to gather requirements and ensure successful adoption of Microsoft 365 tools.
• Create high-quality motion design videos from scratch and using templates, producing engaging buzz videos as well as clear, educational how-tos.
• Design top-notch graphic assets like email banners, infographics, and 1-pagers that follow clients’ branding guidelines to support communication plans.
• Conduct design discovery workshops with clients to ensure our designs address their needs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a design team.
• Continuously explore new motion design techniques, tools, and AI technologies to enhance deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in motion design
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, and composition
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effect, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Basic familiarity with Figma
• Degree in Design or a related creative field
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI tools for generating images, video, or audio
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and PowerPoint
• Experience working in a creative agency or consulting environment
