Job summary

Valeo in Poland is seeking a Process/Manufacturing Engineer PTM to support plastics injection molding processes, tooling development, and mold validation across the site. You will coordinate with tooling buyers and design leaders, monitor KPI performance, and lead improvement initiatives while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

Higher technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Plastics Processing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in engineering, injection molding processes, or tooling development.
Professional experience in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Check and validate the design of plastic injection components with regard to moldability and tooling.
Analyze rheology simulations to guide design optimization and mold standard rules.
Define SVRF for mold suppliers in coordination with Tooling Buyer and Mechanical Design Leader.
Analyze OT1 part and follow corrective action plans with supplier until completion.
Ensure mold tooling validation (design validation, top milling, reception).
Set up molds tooling after arrival and tune injection parameters to meet objectives and pass audits.
