What tasks are waiting for you

• Providing Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback to Mechanical Designers;
• Constructing CAD models of production and prototype tools (plastic, silicone, etc.);
• Improving existing parts and production processes to create sustainable solutions;
• Solving technical challenges in development and production to ensure a high quality product;
• Working closely with Tool Designers and external Tool Suppliers to deliver robust, verified tooling solutions.

In your day to day work you will be a part of the Tool Design Center in a New Product Introduction organization with members in both Denmark and Poland. You will be close to the actual production of the plastic parts and give inputs to the design of future products. Your primary task will be to design high quality production tools, give inputs to design of plastic parts and solve technical challenges with your tooling colleagues.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Practical experience and understanding of Plastic Part Manufacturing and Tool Design;
• Proficiency in CAD design software;
• Strong written and spoken English skills;
• A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and the ability to give constructive feedback;
• A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for working in cross-functional teams;
• You are detail oriented, good at giving concise feedback and have a keen ability to solve problems effectively;
• Experience or familiarity with agile methodologies (SAFe) – a plus, but not a must
