Job summary

Takeda Warsaw seeks a Modern Workplace Delivery Lead to manage and optimize its global collaboration platforms. You will drive governance, adoption, and continuous improvement across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, and AI-powered workplace technologies.

You will partner with business leaders, vendors, and technical teams to maximize platform value, enhance employee experience, and deliver measurable productivity outcomes in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years supporting enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams, 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and/or Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with Copilot and AI-enabled workplace technologies.
  • Experience leading platform adoption, change management, and user enablement.
  • Strong SaaS operations, licensing, governance, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience creating end-user communications, training, support strategies, and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational management and service support for Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Adobe platforms.
  • Ensure platform reliability, performance, governance, and service quality globally.
  • Manage roadmaps, enhancements, lifecycle activities, and continuous improvement plans.
  • Identify opportunities to boost productivity via 365, AI experiences, and modern workplace tech.
  • Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions aligning with security and governance.
  • Oversee license management and optimization of productivity platform licenses.
  • Establish governance for premium services, AI capabilities, and third-party integrations.
  • Develop adoption strategies, training, communications, and enablement campaigns.
  • Translate technical changes into business-friendly guidance and best practices.
  • Partner with change management teams for successful adoption and rollout.
  • Manage vendor relationships and platforms support services.
  • Coordinate platform improvements, contracts, and service enhancements.
  • Evaluate third-party apps for security and governance alignment.
  • Lead incident resolution and service improvement initiatives.
  • Establish operational processes and knowledge management practices.
  • Lead small project teams and mentor colleagues.
  • Collaborate across engineering, security, architecture, and business units.
  • Contribute to strategic planning of digital workplace modernization.

The Opportunity

As aModern Workplace Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the operational management, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement of Takeda’s employee productivity platforms.

You will lead initiatives across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Adobe solutions, AI-powered workplace technologies, and related digital workplace services. Working with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, you will optimize platform value, improve employee experience, support secure adoption, and contribute to Takeda’s future digital workplace strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead operational management and service support for Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Adobe platforms, and related workplace technologies.
  • Ensure platform reliability, performance, governance, and service quality across a global user base.
  • Manage platform roadmaps, service enhancements, technology lifecycle activities, and continuous improvement plans.
  • Identify opportunities to improve employee productivity through Microsoft 365 capabilities, AI-powered experiences, and modern workplace innovations.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve collaboration, communication, knowledge sharing, and digital dexterity.
  • Oversee license management and optimization, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of productivity platform licenses.
  • Establish governance practices for premium productivity services, AI capabilities, collaboration technologies, and third-party integrations.
  • Monitor platform usage and identify opportunities to maximize business value from technology investments.
  • Develop adoption strategies, training programs, communications, and enablement campaigns for new and existing capabilities.
  • Translate technical platform changes into clear, business-friendly guidance and best practices.
  • Partner with change management teams to support successful adoption and rollout of new functionality.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers supporting workplace productivity solutions.
  • Coordinate platform improvements, issue resolution, contract-related activities, and service enhancement opportunities.
  • Evaluate third‑party productivity applications and integrations to ensure alignment with security, architecture, and governance requirements.
  • Provide leadership for technical troubleshooting, platform issue resolution, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Support the resolution of major incidents affecting collaboration and productivity technologies.
  • Establish operational processes, knowledge management practices, and support models that enhance service quality.
  • Lead small project teams and provide mentoring, coaching, and technical guidance.
  • Foster collaboration across engineering, support, security, architecture, and business teams.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and execution of digital workplace modernization initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and translate technology opportunities into measurable workplace outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience supporting enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and/or Creative Cloud solutions.
  • Experience with Copilot and AI‑enabled workplace technologies.
  • Experience leading platform adoption, change management, and user enablement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS service operations, licensing models, governance, and platform lifecycle management.
  • Experience developing end‑user communications, training programs, support strategies, and knowledge management practices.
  • Experience managing technology vendors and service providers.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and work effectively with global teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is a must.
Preferred
  • Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator certification.
  • Microsoft Teams Administrator certification.
  • Prosci Change Management certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Copilot governance and AI service adoption.
  • Experience with digital employee experience and workplace modernization programs.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, automation, and workflow technologies.
  • Experience working in a regulated or global enterprise environment.
Leadership Expectations

As an experienced digital workplace leader, you will independently manage complex initiatives and influence how employees interact with collaboration and productivity technologies across the enterprise.

You will act as a trusted advisor on digital workplace strategy, user experience, platform adoption, governance, and productivity innovation. You will lead cross‑functional projects, mentor colleagues, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in workplace outcomes.

Success in this role will be measured through user adoption, service reliability, platform utilization, operational efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and the successful delivery of productivity transformation initiatives.
