Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in leadership roles and accessible technologies.

• Lead Rich Communication Services (RCS) for Business in Google Messages.
• Identify, deliver and land critical user journeys end-to-end.
• Measure and monitor impact of features across the ecosystem.
• Fix critical bugs raised by external developers and improve UX.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, DevRel, Support and engineering leads.

• Lead Rich Communication Services (RCS) For Business in Google Messages application development.
• Identify, deliver and land critical user journeys end-to-end.
• Measure and monitor the impact of various features across the business communication ecosystem.
• Create better user experience by fixing critical bugs/issues raised by external developers.
• Work with Product Managers, UX, DevRel, Support and Engineer leads to delivering critical product/system metrics to help understand various nuances of the product.
