Job summary

Voodoo in Poland is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer for mobile games to join a newly established internal studio. You will lead testing efforts, identify defects, document issues, and contribute to a quality-first culture across live projects.

You will collaborate with design and development teams, follow KPIs, and help refine testing processes and release practices. Fluent English and 3+ years in mobile game QA are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a QA Engineer in Mobile Games.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take up tasks from start to finish.
• Reliable self-starter and team player, capable of taking responsibility.
• Passion for mobile games with insight into player perspective.
• Proven experience using various testing tools and methodologies for mobile games.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas to stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Free-to-Play games and release management is a plus.
• Fluent English (speaking and writing).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing of mobile games to identify and document crucial defects, taking ownership of the QA process.
• Assist in creating processes and tools to improve overall game quality.
• Follow the technical KPIs of live games and propose strategies to improve them.
• Coordinate closely with design and development teams, understanding game mechanics and providing feedback.
• Prioritize and execute testing tasks at different development stages, aligning with timelines.
• Foster an open feedback culture and collaborate with team members.
• Work with central tech teams on quality-related initiatives.
