Job summary

ipracujzdalnie.pl is seeking a Mobile Fullstack Team Leader in Poland for a senior role focusing on real-time FinTech systems. You will lead an interdisciplinary team across Backend, Mobile, QA and Product, driving architectural decisions and end-to-end delivery.

You will design scalable, secure mobile and backend solutions, mentor engineers, and apply Generative AI to improve development productivity and architectural outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial software development experience.
• Proven experience as Team Leader, Tech Leader, or similar role.
• Experience leading teams across backend, mobile, QA, and Product.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and the Spring Framework.
• Experience designing backend and client architecture.
• Solid understanding of Clean Architecture principles.
• Experience building iOS apps (Swift/SwiftUI).
• Experience building Android apps (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose) and Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and production deployment.
• Experience with high-volume real-time financial systems.
• Awareness of security, privacy, and data integrity.
• Ability to translate financial/regulatory processes into products.
• Experience with Generative AI and dev productivity tools.
• Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
• Knowledge of AI-on-Edge in mobile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary team including Backend, Mobile, QA and Product.
• Own end-to-end development of key financial product areas.
• Plan technically, define roadmap and coordinate execution.
• Make and review architectural decisions.
• Mentor developers and establish engineering standards.
• Design and develop real-time financial systems.
• Build scalable, fault-tolerant platforms for high transactions.
• Ensure security, performance and regulatory compliance.
• Introduce modern patterns and practices.
• Leverage Generative AI in daily development.
• Oversee full lifecycle from concept to production.
