Job summary

ipracujzdalnie.pl is seeking a Mobile Fullstack Team Leader to guide an interdisciplinary team in building scalable fintech solutions. You will drive architecture, oversee end-to-end delivery, and mentor engineers across Backend, Mobile, QA, and Product.

You should have 10+ years in software development, strong Java/Spring Boot expertise, and hands-on iOS/Android experience. The role involves cloud, containers, and AI-driven development practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial software development experience.
• Experience leading teams as Team Leader or Tech Leader.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Experience with iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose).
• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform and scalable real-time systems.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.
• Understanding of security, privacy and data integrity in fintech context.
• Ability to translate complex financial/regulatory processes into product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead an interdisciplinary team across Backend, Mobile, QA and Product.
• Own end-to-end delivery for key fintech features.
• Define roadmap, plan architecture and coordinate execution.
• Make and review architectural decisions.
• Mentor developers and set engineering standards.
• Design and develop real-time financial systems.
• Ensure security, performance and regulatory compliance.
• Introduce modern architectural patterns and AI-assisted development.
• Oversee full lifecycle from concept to production.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to boost productivity.
