Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of commercial software development experience.
- Experience as Team Leader or Tech Lead in interdisciplinary teams.
- Experience leading backend, mobile, QA and Product合作.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
- Architectural design experience for backend and client apps.
- Deep understanding of Clean Architecture principles.
- Practical experience building iOS apps (Swift/SwiftUI).

- Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
- Knowledge of AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.
- CI/CD and production deployment practices.
- Experience with real-time data processing in financial domains.
- Security, privacy, and data integrity awareness.
- Ability to translate complex financial/regulatory processes into product solutions.
- Experience applying Generative AI and AI-assisted tooling.
- Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
- Experience integrating AI into software development or product features.
- Knowledge of AI-on-Edge optimization in mobile environments.

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in software development

- Experience leading teams covering backend, mobile, QA, and collaboration with Product
- Very good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and the Spring Framework
