Jobs.Pl Sa is seeking an experienced Mobile Fullstack Team Leader to guide an interdisciplinary team in building scalable FinTech solutions. You will drive end-to-end product delivery, from architecture decisions to production deployment, leveraging Java/Spring, Kotlin, iOS/Android, and cloud tooling.
The role demands at least 10 years in software development with strong leadership experience and familiarity with AI-enabled development and secure, compliant systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in software development.
- Experience as Team Leader, Tech Leader, or similar leadership role.
- Leading teams including backend, mobile, QA, and product collaboration.
- Very good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
- Experience designing backend and client architectures.
- Strong understanding of Clean Architecture principles.
- Proven experience building iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) apps.
- Proven experience building Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose) apps.
- Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
- Knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Experience with real-time data processing in financial domains.
- Awareness of security, privacy, and data integrity concerns.
- Ability to translate complex financial/regulatory processes into products.
- Experience with Generative AI and AI-assisted tooling.
- Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and AI integration.
Responsibilities
