Job summary

Fetcherr is seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer in Warsaw to build and maintain production ML models and data pipelines powering our pricing intelligence platform.

You will collaborate with the Large Market Modeling team to ensure data accuracy, scalable systems, and efficient training and inference using Python, Dagster/Airflow, Docker and Kubernetes. Fluent English and teamwork are essential. A background in aviation analytics is a plus.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of commercial Python experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on MLOps experience.
• Experience with pipeline orchestration tools (Dagster, Airflow).
• Experience with distributed systems.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Team player and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ML models and data pipelines powering data science workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and efficiency for training and inference.
• Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy scalable ML systems.
• Continuously improve data infrastructure and pipelines.
