Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in orthopedic product manufacturing, with proficiency in computing and math. The shift is 1st shift (7:00am–3:00pm), and the contract is for 1 year.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of orthopedic product manufacturing experience is required.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office is required.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to apply math principles and use measuring instruments.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and apply technical procedures and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately measure materials in grams using digital scales.
• Mix materials and compounds to specified weights.
• Fill multiple molds to precise container amounts.
• Operate presses and ensure specified pressure is held for required time.
• Inspect materials to meet diameter and length specifications.
• Train and instruct others as needed.
• Ensure quality of personal work and inspect peer work.
• Perform cleaning, basic equipment maintenance, and 5S activities.
• Conduct simple preventative maintenance, including topping off fluids.
• Work safely and adhere to all safety/environmental policies.
