Listo Global is seeking a Senior Modern Work Engineer to lead complex Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID. You will design strategies, execute migrations, troubleshoot issues, and drive successful cutovers for multiple engagements.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Quest ODM, MigrationWiz, and ShareGate, plus strong client-facing communication and documentation skills.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure, Modern Workplace, or Professional Services.
• Proven experience leading Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Strong experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Experience with migration tools: Quest ODM, MigrationWiz, ShareGate.
• Excellent client-facing communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple migration projects.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Modern Work Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, tenant consolidations, M&A integrations, carve-outs, and divestitures. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can independently assess environments, design migration strategies, execute complex migrations, troubleshoot issues, and lead successful cutovers.

The ideal candidate has significant experience migrating Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID environments, utilizing tools such as Quest ODM, BitTitan MigrationWiz, and ShareGate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects from discovery through cutover and stabilization.


• Migrate Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, domains, permissions, and collaboration workloads.


• Assess source and target environments and identify dependencies, risks, and technical requirements.


• Develop migration strategies, wave plans, runbooks, validation plans, and cutover procedures.


• Configure and manage migration tools including Quest ODM, BitTitan MigrationWiz, and ShareGate.


• Support Entra ID, Active Directory, hybrid identity, and Intune transitions.


• Troubleshoot migration issues and ensure successful project delivery.


• Conduct client-facing technical discussions and provide architectural guidance.


• Collaborate with Cloud, Security, Infrastructure, and Project teams throughout delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, or Professional Services environments.


• Proven experience leading Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting M&A integrations, divestitures, tenant consolidations, and TSA exits.


• Azure infrastructure and cloud migration experience.


• Intune and Autopilot migrations.


• Enterprise application and SSO migrations.


• PowerShell automation experience.


• Consulting, MSP, or Systems Integrator background.
