Grid Dynamics is looking for a Technical Recruiter!

We would like to strengthen our recruitment team with a proactive and result-oriented person, who easily connects with people and has a passion for finding the best talents. This is an excellent opportunity for you to learn and grow with us while supporting our recruitment efforts in Poland. The hiring focus will be on technical roles of Middle and Senior level. You will be a part of an international recruitment team sharing common goals and values. Essential functions

• Manage full cycle of recruitment process for technical positions;
• Active search of candidates using different sources and recruitment strategies;
• Provide regular updates to recruitment lead and hiring manager about the recruitment pipelines, market capacity, availability of candidates, salary ranges, etc;
• Create job descriptions, manage job posts and requisitions in our ATS;
• Work with hiring managers and interviewers to streamline the hiring process;
• Close cooperation with staffing team to identify hiring priorities and adjust recruitment efforts based on them;
• Participate in different marketing activities (meetups, workshops, conferences), promote Grid Dynamics on the market and in social media, build a pool of warm candidates from events;
• Keep data accuracy and timely update recruitment tool;
• Highlight issues/bottlenecks in the recruitment process, create an improvement action plan and put it into action.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of hiring software engineers, QA engineers, DevOps, Big Data engineers of middle and senior level;
• Growing network and visible activity on Linkedin profile;
• Knowledge of local market specifics, competitors, salaries and market trends;
• Thorough understanding of employment and labor laws in Poland;
• High level of self-motivation and proactivity;
• Flexibility and multitasking;
• Willingness to dedicate time for self-education;
• Ability to work with ATS, recruitments tools and basic analytics;
• Fluent English and Polish is a must.
