Job summary

GlobalLogic Kraków, Poland is seeking an experienced Software QA Tester to join a healthcare-focused testing team. You will lead test activities, design and execute manual and automated tests, and collaborate with developers and customers to ensure quality requirements are met.

The role requires 3–4 years in software testing, strong documentation, and communication skills, with healthcare domain exposure a plus. On-site position with GlobalLogic’s supportive Learning & Development team.

Qualifications

• At least 3-4 years in Software Testing (manual/automation).
• Deep understanding of software development life cycle, QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing, functional testing.
• Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation (bug reports, test cases, checklists).
• Experience in working with documentation - Requirements Specifications, Test Plan, Test Reports, etc
• Experience with embedded system testing
• Excellent reporting skills
• Upper intermediate level of English
• Working in Healthcare domain would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead a separate project activity assigned by PM.
• Participate in test requirements development, test design, and test development
• Execute manual test cases and report defects found in the issue tracking system
• Work with documentation - Requirements Specification, Tests Descriptions, Test Reports, Traceability.
• Track and report test coverage and software quality metrics
• Work closely with the development team and customer team
