We are assembling a team of 10+ highly skilled Business Analysts who will collectively work on five crucial business streams: core banking system, trade finance system, omnichannel, BI, and customer relationship management. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a dynamic team driving impactful change within the banking industry.

Responsibilities
  • Create Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and Functional Specification Documentation (FSDs).
  • Digitize end-to-end processes for critical customer channel service requests in Retail and Corporate sectors.
  • Support workshops, discovery sessions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Provide consultancy services based on best practices.
  • Document business and functional requirements and reengineer business processes.
  • Explain business contexts to development teams and negotiate with stakeholders and development teams.
  • Interact with end-users through interviews and brainstorming sessions to ensure effective solutions.
  • Follow the requirements management cycle and maintain a well-detailed functional requirements specification.
  • Focus on Financial Services and Banking trends.
  • Onsite presence in Qatar (80%) with some off-site work (20%) for the initial period; travel as required.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Business Analyst with 9+ years of experience in Financial Services and Banking.
  • Proficient in gathering business requirements and engaging with clients and end‑users.
  • Willingness to travel to Qatar for regular onsite work; 80% on-site, 20% off-site.
  • Flexible work schedule; in Qatar, the work week runs Sunday through Thursday.
  • Proactive, able to suggest ideas, build roadmaps, and bring clarity to stakeholders and teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable to customer needs in a dynamic environment.
  • Skilled in reengineering business processes.
  • Proficient in English; experience working in an international environment.
