You will work on a wide range of tasks, including internal communications, social media creatives, presentations, one-pagers, event materials, and branded assets.

Requirements

• 2–4years ofexperience asaGraphic orVisual Designer (preferably inanIT orservice company environment).
• Proven experience working with internal stakeholders— HR, Marketing, Sales/ Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams.
• Expert-level proficiency inFigma and Adobe Photoshop; experience with Illustrator isrequired; knowledge ofAfter Effects, Premiere Pro isaplus.
• Portfolio showing static and adaptive design assets (social media, banners, internal comms, one-pagers).
• Understanding ofbrand identity, typography, composition, and ability toadhere tobrand guidelines.
• Experience creating visual systems (icons, patterns, infographics) for both digital and print.
• Familiarity with print workflows (preparation offiles for print, certificates, merchandise) and web assets (email banners, landing blocks).
• Ability to manage multiple briefs/tasks, prioritize, and deliver within deadlines.
• English level: Intermediate+.

What you will do

• Develop visual assets for internal communications (newsletters, all-hands slides, HRcampaigns).
• Support Marketing and Pre-Sales teams with social creatives, case study layouts, one-pagers, and pitch decks.
• Create templates and maintain visual consistency across departments (HR, Sales, Marketing).
• Design print-ready materials: certificates, merchandise, event posters.
• Produce web assets: email banners, landing visuals, icons/illustrations.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, receive brief, iterate based on feedback, and deliver final materials.
