Currently, we’re seeking a Strong Mid Python Developer for our client who is building an innovative AI-powered solution for leasing agents in the US. The application helps streamline lease negotiations using a familiar workflow, enhanced with AI/ML capabilities.

This is a long-term project with no defined end date at this time.

Get ready to:

• Design and implement scalable Python backend solutions as part of a modern application (if you're into frontend stuff too, that would be a plus!)

• Contribute to a fast-paced, AI-driven product in its early growth phase.

• Build scalable, high-performance APIs using FastAPI and/or Django.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product owners, and AI specialists.

• Help shape the technical direction of a product that combines document editing tools with smart automation.

• Develop and deploy in containerized environments using Docker.

• Work within AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).

• Integrate AI features using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI API).

• Implement background processing with Celery and Redis.

If you have…

• Willingness to work with a US-based client with overlapping hours from 3 PM to 6 PM Polish time

• Strong experience with FastAPI and/or Django

• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and writing optimized queries

• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs

• Familiarity with SQLAlchemy or Django ORM

• Strong understanding of asynchronous processing (Celery, Redis)

• Experience working with Docker and containerized environments

• At ease in the AWS ecosystem (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)

• Experience using AI tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) in development workflows is a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of English at least at a B2 level
