Job summary

ITDS Polska Sp. z o.o. is hiring an experienced iOS developer to design and maintain mobile apps using Swift and Xcode.

You will implement features with a focus on performance and usability, apply MVVM, and integrate with backend services through REST and WebSocket. You will also contribute to tests, CI/CD, and code reviews in a collaborative environment. Qualifications

• At least 4 years of commercial mobile development experience, including 2+ years in iOS.
• Proficient in Swift (5+) and Xcode.
• Experience with Git-based workflows (Git, Bitbucket, GitHub).
• Strong understanding of MVVM and design patterns.
• Knowledge of SOLID, YAGNI, KISS, DRY principles.
• Experience with SwiftUI and UIKit.
• Experience integrating with REST and WebSocket backends.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, TeamCity).
• Experience writing unit, UI, and snapshot tests.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS using Swift and Xcode
• Implement new features focusing on performance, scalability, and usability
• Apply architectural patterns such as MVVM in mobile application development
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services using REST APIs and WebSockets
• Write and maintain unit, snapshot, and UI tests to ensure application quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers and QA engineers
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Support CI/CD processes and contribute to the automation of build and deployment pipelines

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in mobile development, including 2+ years in iOS
• Strong knowledge of Swift (5+) and experience working with Xcode
• Experience using version control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, or GitHub
• Understanding of object-oriented and protocol-oriented programming (OOP/POP)
• Knowledge of design patterns with focus on MVVM
• Practical knowledge of software engineering principles such as SOLID, YAGNI, KISS, DRY
• Experience working with SwiftUI and UIKit
• Knowledge of integrating mobile applications with backend services (REST API, WebSocket)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or TeamCity
• Experience writing automated tests including unit, snapshot, and UI tests
