AI here is a daily work tool — the team runs on Spec Driven Development, using AI agents for technical documentation, task specs, technical planning, and verification/testing, in an ecosystem integrated with Google Workspace AI.

Mid/Senior Fullstack Developer (Java 21+ / Angular 22+) — Insurance — Real AI in day-to-day coding, Spec Driven Development. Hybrid, Poland (Kraków / Gdańsk / Łódź / Poznań).

What You'll Do

• Develop proprietary insurance products for Polish and international markets
• Design, analyze, and implement solutions against business requirements
• Build interfaces with Angular (TypeScript) alongside backend work in Java/Spring Boot

What We're Looking For

• Strong Java/Spring Boot experience and confidence building interfaces with Angular (TypeScript)
• English at B2 level or higher, Polish at A1/A2 level
• Openness to AI-assisted programming (Spec Driven Development)
• Up to 25,000 PLN gross (UoP) or B2B equivalent, plus private medical care with Allianz, a Multisport cafeteria package, and an individual training/conference budget.
