Job summary

Keepit in Kraków is seeking a Product Designer to work independently on design tasks across the product, collaborating with PMs and engineers from discovery to handoff. You will help shape both the problem and the solution with a focus on craft and usability.

You will craft user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for complex, multi-step workflows, build prototypes, run usability tests, and contribute to Keepit's design system while participating in design reviews and feedback sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of UX and UI principles.
• Experience designing complex multi-state workflows.
• Proactive collaboration across roles and teams.

Responsibilities

• Frame problems and align with PM and Eng before solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Build prototypes and validate concepts with users or stakeholders.
• Communicate design decisions, trade-offs, and rationale.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to and maintain the Keepit Design System.
• Document decisions and prepare handover materials.
• Support usability testing and interpret findings.
• Ensure consistency across the product area.
