As an Agentic AI Business Analyst focused on Microsoft technologies, you will be a strategic partner in shaping the future of enterprise transformation through the lens of Agentic AI. Your role is to uncover and articulate opportunities for automation and innovation by aligning cutting-edge AI capabilities with complex business challenges. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that AI-driven solutions are not only technically sound but also intuitive, user-centric, and impactful. This position requires a strong focus on user experience, service design, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable insights that drive measurable value.
You will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, using AI tools to enhance traditional business analysis practices. Your work will influence how organizations adopt and scale Agentic AI, ensuring that solutions are designed with a deep understanding of business processes, user expectations, and operational goals.
In this role, you will identify, quantify and evaluate opportunities for transformation and automation across business processes using Agentic AI. You will lead transformation ideation efforts, applying structured frameworks to generate innovative solutions that address real business needs. Your responsibilities include analyzing industry trends and platform capabilities to inform strategic decisions and collaborating with stakeholders to define and refine requirements for AI-powered solutions.
You will work closely with Solution Architects to ensure that AI implementations are aligned with business value, user experience, and process design best practices. Additionally, you will support data-driven decision-making by analyzing process performance, promoting reusability, and understanding the broader implications of automation. Your role will also involve continuous learning and adaptation to emerging AI tools and methodologies.
