Job summary

NIQ is seeking an Analytics, Merchandising, Technical Delivery professional to support and implement NIQ merchandising solutions and assist clients with technical delivery and system support. You will serve as the single point of contact for clients, own the client relationship for support and consultancy, and translate client requirements for internal teams.

You will test solutions, manage post-sales activities, and help train clients on merchandising solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required
• 2+ years relevant experience
• Microsoft SQL (SQL Server) experience essential
• Space Planning/Merchandising experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for clients
• Own client relationships for support, delivery and consultancy
• Capture and translate client requirements for solutions
• Coordinate requirements with internal teams
• Test solutions to meet client needs
• Manage post-sales project activities
• Train clients on merchandising solutions
