InnerCore is seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a remote capacity. You will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, and guide patients through crises while developing individualized treatment plans for individuals, couples, families, and children.

This role emphasizes evidence-based methods, thorough documentation, adherence to licensing standards, and collaborative care with a focus on delivering high-quality mental health solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field.
• Current and unrestricted LMFT license.
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized.
