North Andover Behavioral Health is looking for a licensed Mental Health Therapist or Psychologist to join as a 1099 independent contractor in Poland. This role offers flexibility to create your own schedule while receiving full administrative support and referrals.

The position entails diagnosing psychological disorders, developing treatment plans, and conducting therapy sessions. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field and be licensed or license-eligible.

Opportunities for future W2 employment as the practice expands may be available.

Qualifications

Job Summary

North Andover Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist or Psychologist to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. As we grow, we’re looking for someone who is excited to help shape the culture of a small, purpose-driven practice that values authenticity, collaboration, and clinical excellence.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, which means you’ll have the freedom to create your own schedule, see clients at your own pace, and enjoy the flexibility of working independently while still being part of a supportive group practice. Therapists are responsible for their own taxes, liability insurance, and benefits. We provide full administrative support, referrals, and space to build a sustainable and fulfilling caseload. While this role begins as a 1099 position, we are actively growing and open to exploring W2 employment opportunities for clinicians who want to deepen their involvement with the practice over time.

Responsibilities
