Carrier Polska Sp. z o.o. poszukuje doświadczonego Menedżera/ki Projektów Przemysłowych do promowania Viessmann i zwiększania udziałów w segmencie kotłów dużej i średniej mocy.

Realizujesz plany sprzedażowe, budujesz relacje z inwestorami i doradzasz technicznie. Wymagane wykształcenie techniczne, umiejętność negocjacji i prowadzenia szkoleń, samodzielność i praca zespołowa. Mile widziane angielski i prawo jazdy kat.B.

Qualifications

• Wykształcenie wyższe o profilu technicznym i ogólna wiedza w zakresie techniki grzewczej.
• Ogólna wiedza w zakresie prowadzenia zadań inwestycyjnych i umiejętność komunikacji i negocjacji.
• Łatwość przekazywania wiedzy (prowadzenie szkoleń).
• Samodzielność, inicjatywa i nastawienie na realizację celów.
• Umiejętność pracy w zespole.
• Prawo jazdy kat.B.
• Mile widziana znajomość jęz. angielskiego.

Responsibilities

• Realizacja planów sprzedażowych w oparciu o własną strategię i promocję techniki Viessmann.
• Nawiązywanie relacji biznesowych z inwestorami, projektantami oraz wykonawcami.
• Doradztwo techniczne ukierunkowane na sprzedaż i promocję rozwiązań Viessmann.
• Doradztwo handlowe dla firm partnerskich, inwestorów i użytkowników urządzeń.
• Sporządzanie umów sprzedażowych, negocjacje, konsultacje z prawem oraz nadzór nad realizacjami.
• Dobór i rozliczanie partnerów i podwykonawców w projektach inwestycyjnych.
• Udział w targach, konferencjach i szkoleniach; rozwijanie kompetencji technicznych.
• Prowadzenie szkoleń technicznych i handlowych, seminariów i konferencji tematycznych.
• Prowadzenie bazy projektów i sprawozdawczości zgodnie z zasadami firmy Viessmann.
