Job summary

Intel Corporation in Gdansk, Poland, is offering a part-time undergraduate internship in Datacenter Media Software. You will contribute to high-performance media processing software, build AI-enabled tools for video and audio analysis, and work on optimization for Intel hardware.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or related field.
• Comfortable with C and Python; Bash scripting experience.
• Hands-on Linux experience and basic networking understanding.
• Knowledge of CI, code reviews and test automation.
• Willingness to work in a lab with servers, NICs and switches.
• Interest in AI/ML and media technologies desirable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, development and optimization of media software.
• Build AI tool workflows for transcription, detection and search.
• Improve performance on Intel CPUs/GPUs and CI pipelines.
• Assist with open-source projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Learn new skills and align work with Intel objectives.
