Overview

We’re always looking for exceptional minds to join our Biomechanics & Design Team. If you’re a full-stack 3D designer with a deep understanding of geometry, prototyping, and design-for-assembly, we’re ready to shape the role around your unique talents. As part of our on-site team in Wrocław, you’ll work hands-on in our lab to bring innovative biomechanical concepts to life.

Responsibilities
  • Designing complex 3D models—especially organic geometries
  • Preparing models for 3D printing (FDM, MSLA/SLA) and overseeing fabrication
  • Parameterizing systems and workflows in Rhino, Grasshopper, Blender
  • Collaborating on electromechanical integration in humanlike structures
  • Managing structured file hygiene and version control of design assets
  • Leading prototype loops with precise documentation for production and assembly
Skills & Experience We Value
  • Proficiency with CAD tools such as Rhino + Grasshopper, Blender, Fusion 360 (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of surface/mesh modeling and parametric design
  • Experience with organic geometry, topology, and rigging/animation systems
  • Background in rapid prototyping, particularly with polymers, composites and soft materials
  • Manual dexterity and precision in hands-on assembly work
  • High self-organization and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English

  • Knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics
  • Familiarity with soft robotics or embedded sensors
  • Experience with integrating electronics into mechanical systems
  • Understanding of undergraduate-level physics (mechanics and E&M)
