Seargin in Poland is seeking a MCP / Agentic AI Architect to drive design and implementation of agentic AI solutions within large-scale digital transformation programs. You will connect enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) and shape cloud strategy across AWS and Azure, delivering scalable AI-driven architectures.

The role demands 10+ years in solution or enterprise architecture, deep AWS Bedrock expertise, and hands-on experience with AI/LLM-based deployments, observability, and API management.

Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for a MCP / Agentic AI Architect.

About the role

We are seeking a senior architecture profile to support the design and implementation of agentic AI solutions in product & enterprise integration platforms within a large-scale digital transformation program. The role focuses on building scalable AI-driven architecture for production, connecting enterprise systems (e.g., SAP), and defining cloud strategy across Azure and AWS environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture and/or enterprise architecture; experience in both is preferred.
• Highly self-driven, resilient, communicative, and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across large enterprise environments and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in AWS architecture, including hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock AI-as-a-Service and AI solution deployment.
• Proven hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI/LLM-based solutions, including agentic AI architectures, design patterns, and LangGraph.
• Strong knowledge of LLM evaluation methodologies, frameworks, performance assessment, and continuous improvement best practices.
• Experience implementing AI observability, tracing, monitoring, and performance analytics using solutions such as LangSmith and Datadog.
• Expertise in AI content safety, guardrails, responsible AI implementation, and AI risk mitigation.
• Practical experience designing and implementing AI memory management strategies, including short-term and long-term memory.
• Strong experience with API management and integration platforms, such as Axway and Kong, including enterprise API lifecycle management.
• Experience with enterprise systems integration, with SAP integration strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication, Model Context Protocol (MCP), tool-calling frameworks, MCP implementation, and API-as-MCP patterns.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, WebSockets (WS), and RPC design principles, including API documentation, testing, security, and integration best practices.

• Event-driven architecture (EDA) patterns and principles
• OpenAI APIs, event models, and streaming interaction patterns
• Strong architecture and technical documentation skills.
