Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Warehouse Associate to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, move materials with forklift equipment, and ensure accurate inventory flow across production and external partners.

You will prepare the necessary paperwork, follow Good Documentation Practices, and support cycle counts while maintaining safe lifting practices and PC-based systems for inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of receiving and shipping control methods is beneficial.
• Ability to perform simple math calculations and follow documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound trucks and movement of materials and products.
• Prepare paperwork for internal and external processing and shipping, following Good Documentation Practices.
• Assist with storage, cycle counting and inventory accuracy in assigned areas.
• Move materials using forklift, pallet jack, or electric pallet jack while adhering to safety standards (5S, QMS).
• Support replenishment of material racks and stocking in designated areas.
