Job summary

Roche is seeking a Master Data Product Owner to lead data product lifecycles within the PIM/MDM space. You will shape data models, governance, and governance alignment while driving data product initiatives end-to-end in an agile setup.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver data-driven solutions, bridge gaps between technical and business stakeholders, and prioritize the product backlog to meet time, budget and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field required.
• Minimum 3 years in data-driven roles or PIM/MDM.
• Experience with PDM, CPQ, PIM, CCMS, omnichannel and Data Mesh.
• Familiarity with AI technologies for data enrichment.
• Ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Shape information architecture and data model with IT and business experts.
• Define governance and align with standards; guide Data Operations.
• Specify business requirements and articulate value of new data products.
• Drive new data product initiatives from conception to implementation.
• Maintain and prioritize backlog; ensure clear product vision.
• Support rollouts with data-driven insights; meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams for data workflows.
