Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
• 7+ years in master data management, supply chain, procurement, vendor management or ERP data governance.
• Strong ERP master data experience across material/parts and vendor data domains.
• Experience leading global, geographically dispersed teams with accountability and results.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Operations.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, lifecycle management and stewardship.
• Analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form for international environments.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the master data strategy, governance framework and operating model across parts and supplier data domains.
• Lead, coach and develop the master data team, setting priorities and building sustainable capability.
• Establish data quality standards, service levels and performance measures and report progress to leadership.
• Ensure master data processes comply with internal controls, audits, regulations and customer expectations.
• Prioritize cross-domain technology and configuration requirements based on business impact and governance needs.
• Build partnerships across Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Operations and other key functions.
• Sponsor continuous improvement, digitalization and automation initiatives that improve data quality and efficiency.
• Oversee data lifecycle management, including cleansing, deduplication and remediation of quality issues.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to parts and supplier master data.
• Provide governance decisions and resolve escalations beyond the operational teams.
