We are looking for a seasoned expert to take ownership of the Master Data Document & ID Domain, ensuring governance, quality, and strategic alignment across all business units. • Define and maintain the global “source of truth” for domain‑specific data objects.
  • Drive continuous improvement across master data processes, standards, and governance practices.
  • Ensure strategic alignment with business needs, global functions, and company‑wide initiatives.
  • Oversee data quality programs including profiling, cleansing, validation, and adoption of the 5C Data Quality Model.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to maximize data value and support enterprise‑wide initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance, training, and support to stakeholders and data users.
  • Manage complex projects with limited oversight and mentor junior professionals.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of Master Data Management experience, ideally in Document Management and Identification Systems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Business acumen and organizational awareness to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Process management expertise—documentation, training, implementation.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for improving business operations.
  • Project leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Sound judgment and independence—including the confidence to say “no” when needed.

What We Offer

  • 5 weeks of paid vacation.
  • 7.5‑hour flexible workday.
  • Paid birthday leave.
  • Meal vouchers worth 100 CZK, fully covered by the company.
  • Cafeteria benefits system valued at 7,000 CZK per year.
  • Pension contribution of 2–3% of salary.
  • Company mobile SIM cards with discounted plans.
  • Loyalty rewards, retirement bonuses, and additional benefits according to the collective agreement.
