Eurofins is seeking a data-driven professional to manage Master Data & Data Quality, analytics, and process improvements. You will champion data governance, lead stakeholder meetings, and translate business needs into effective solutions.

You will also build Power BI dashboards, analyze datasets with Power Query/Excel, and explore AI-driven automation to boost data quality and efficiency across global operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's, Engineering, or Master's degree.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience with data.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• English at least B2 level, able to conduct meetings with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude.
• Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
• Customer-service mindset; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, and/or VBA is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create, maintain and enrich master data records.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and compliance with global standards.

• Independently manage smaller improvement projects from idea to implementation.
• Prepare business cases and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Use Power Query and Excel to transform and analyze datasets.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
• Leverage AI and large language models to improve productivity and data quality.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification.
• Participate in implementation of AI-driven solutions supporting Master Data operations.

Master Data & Data Quality

• Bachelor's, Engineering, or Master's degree
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience working with data
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel
• English at a minimum B2 level, with the ability to conduct meetings with stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude
• Experience working with ERP systems would be an advantage
• Customer-service mindset
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, and/or VBA would be an asset
