Job summary

DXC Luxoft is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead modernization across MarTech and customer membership platforms. You will define target-state architectures and roadmaps, and guide teams through event-driven designs and migration initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Solution/Software Architecture for distributed systems.
• Expert in Event-Driven Architecture and target-state modernization.
• Experience with legacy transformation and migration initiatives.
• MarTech/customer domain experience (loyalty, CRM, CDP, consent).
• Hands-on Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong CI/CD and trunk-based development knowledge.
• Familiar with RFCs and ADRs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Knowledge of AWS, Kafka, and Terraform.
• Experience designing API-led and event-driven integrations.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other iPaaS solutions.
• Stakeholder communication and architectural leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assess current MarTech and customer platform architecture.
• Define target-state architecture and modernization roadmap.
• Design scalable event-driven integration solutions.
• Develop migration roadmaps for legacy landscapes.
• Support technology and vendor evaluations.
• Drive architecture governance with RFCs and ADRs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align tech with business goals.
• Provide hands-on architectural leadership and promote best practices.
